What to Bring With You:
All you need to bring to class is something to write on, something to write with, $5 for pizza (optional), and your receipt if you paid for the class online. You don't need to bring a birth certificate, the 8th grade "Reading Proficiency, Enrollment and Attendance" letter, social security number, or any other paperwork in order to come to class. However, you will need to bring those to the Service Oklahoma when taking the Learner's Permit Test.

You can schedule your permit test at Service Oklahoma locations on day of test only.
Driving Schools cannot give Permit Tests. Students will have to take written test at Service Oklahoma location or waved at a tag office.
